Hostel

The primary objective of establishing hostels for students is to provide students a Home away from their Home. The hostels are built in an environment that certainly helps to build self-confidence and instills discipline in the minds of students. They can feel at ease and put in their best in academics. The hostel ambiance provides scope for developing a harmonious communal living and enables them to share the joy of unity and professional fraternity. Self-help, co-operation, and spirit of the common good are some of the virtues anticipated by the inmates of the hostel. Everyone should uphold the dignity and self-respect of every other student in the hostel.

The hostel is well furnished and is equipped with a dining hall accommodating more than 100 Students at a time. All the hostels have 24 hours of purified water supply for drinking purposes. 24 hours security is available at the hostel. Hostel admission is purely based on Kerala government norms. Hostel accommodation is available to UG./PG /Ph.D. students. The hostels maintain strict rules and regulations of discipline for its smooth running. The hostel is administered by the chief warden and assisted by warden/assistant warden. Each room is provided with furniture needed by a student i.e. bed, table, chair, cupboard, etc. Hostel rooms are allotted on a “first come first serve basis”. They are encouraged to participate in sports, games, and cultural activities.
