Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry has organized a One day Seminar cum Workshop on “Computer Aided Drug Design- An Insight in to the future” on 23/02/2017. Dr. Sonia George, Assistant Professor, College of Pharmacy, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Coimbatore has delivered the lecture on same topic and hands on training was given to staffs and PG Students in the drug design software AUTODOCK 4.2.1.
Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis has organized a national workshop on Molecular Modeling and spectral interpretation on 21.02.2019 and 22.02.2019. P. Manoj Kumar, Professor & Principal, The Dale View College of Pharmacy and Research Centre Thiruvananthapuram handled spectral interpretation and Dr. Bijo Mathew, Associate Professor, Ahalia School of Pharmacy, Palakkad gave training on molecular modeling in the workshop. 50 delegates from Kerala and Tamil Nadu attended the workshop.
