Institutional Review Board

Objective

  • IRB has the dual responsibility for review of both, the scientific content and ethical aspects of the research proposal. The scientific evaluation should ensure the technical appropriateness of the proposed study. The ethical aspects will be confined as per the norms stipulated by CPCSEA, New Delhi.
  • To review the Ph.D., M.Pharm. and Pharm.D. research proposals; provide advice to the researchers to make minor or major modifications in their project proposals.
  • To provide a platform, necessary documentation, applications, advice, and review the research proposals submitted by the faculties for carrying research activities in the institution with the support of funding agencies.
